I learned that Rosio chose food as one of the things that represent California culture and i completely agree. California is incorporate with my cultures and to tell where which culture come from, we see it in the food. In San Francisco, there is many Chinese restaurants and if you go towards a different area, you might find Mexican food or European food. This relates to our class because food is everywhere and thats how we tell culture. Food is not only cultural but historical also, because people keep the same recipe for generations and it hasn't changed.
